A photostat production print from the Disney Studios film "TRON" (1982). Featuring Tron and Yori in their iconic costumes, the print was used to help create the Ektachrome cel layers necessary for the film's unique effects. The ground-breaking film predated modern-day computer animation and effects, requiring its unique lighting effects to be hand-created frame by frame. This painstaking process was only used for “TRON,” making the film's effects artwork a special piece of cinema history. Measuring 12"x20" overall, with the character image measuring 8.5"x19", the photostat is in very good condition with minor edge wear, slight discoloration to the margins, and a few small dings.
