A production cel from the Marvel Studios animated series "X-Men" (1992-1997). Featuring Juggernaut grabbing Jubilee by her jacket in the middle of a battle, the hand-painted cel was created at the studio and used during the animation process. The cel is an actual frame of animation that was photographed and appears in the season three episode "The Phoenix Saga, Part III: The Cry of the Banshee," which aired on September 7, 1994. Measuring 10.5"x12.5" overall, with the character image measuring 5.25"x7.5", the cel is in very good condition with minor surface wear, slight line wear, and backing paper stuck to the reverse of the paint from studio use and storage. The cel has been paired with a studio printed Xerox copy of the matching background layout drawing, which is in very good condition with tears in edges and vertical crease in center of the page.
